Elijha is mentioned by name as one of the witnesses Malachi 4:5


Other witness is not Moses!
The Two Witnesses physically die so it can not be Moses as he is already physically dead Deuteronomy 34:7
Peter thought it was Elijha (from Malachi 4:5) and guessed it was Moses but he did not know Luke 9:33
