  • Mary is identified as a virgin and there is no physical sexual union that conceives the promised child called, “Immanuel” that means, with us Tabernacles Elohim. The Eternal Son of Yahweh entered into the seed of a woman and became flesh. This statement may seem beyond human comprehension, that the creator and giver of life would enter His physical creation and take upon himself the form of human flesh. The main importance is that the conception is Spiritually Holy. It would be shameful to compare Messiah Yeshua’s Holy incarnation with the erroneous pagan belief that the Nephilim are the offspring of, “Satan’s seed.”

  • (Jas 4:5; 6; 7; 8; ) Seed of Life vs the seed of death!

Satan is also called the father of lies, the tempter, and guilty of murder. Satan cannot conceive life but only brings death. Satan the devil feeds on the dust of his deadly destructive seed of lawlessness.

  • (Rev 20:10; ) Satan will reap what he sows and at the end receive eternal destruction as his punishment.
  • Giants of Faith vs Big Liars
  • Genesis 6:4; 15; 16; Descriptions of the measurements for the arc consist of three decks. Each deck was 10 cubits high which equals approximately 15 to 17.5 feet. One reason for the unusually tall ceilings could be that Noah and his sons could easily be 12 feet tall and considered giants by modern standards. This can explain why the term Nephilim has been translated as Giants. Before the flood the life span of mankind could easily reach 1000 years.
  • The Nephilim are Noah and the faithful that receive the Seed of Elohim.
  • Shrinking Giants
  • Genesis 6:3; After the flood mankind’s lifespan gradually decreased and so did their physical stature.
  • (Deut 3:11; 12; ) The tallest man recorded in the Bible was Og who could easily have stood 12 feet tall.
  • (1 Sa 17:4; ) Later evidence reveals, Goliath and his brothers were only 9 to 10 feet tall. Modern mankind averages between five and 7 feet tall with a lifespan that rarely reaches 120 years. These statements may not seem conclusive to prove any doctrine, but is consistent with Scriptures and archaeological evidence. Another source of consideration is mankind’s nature of storytelling that develops myths. The gods of the ancient world were depicted as giants. The long life and mighty stature of Noah and his sons would easily become the source of mythology.
  • Nimrod’s anti-christ
  • Genesis 10:9; 10; 11; 12; Isa 14:4-5; 6; 21; 22; Noah’s son Ham, had a grandson that followed the way of Cain’s rebellious heart and laid the foundation for Babylon. Nimrod desire to rule over mankind and became a mighty conqueror. Nimrod constructed theTower of Babel to magnified himself as a god and originated the earliest form of pagan idolatry. Nimrod’s lifespan could easily have reached 400 to 500 years and he glorified himself as a mighty son of god. This pattern repeats the wickedness of mankind that followed the seed of Satan that received the wages of death. Sinful human nature follows Satan’s seed of rebellion that glorifies themselves by forming gods in their own image and likeness.
  • (Titus 1:13; 14; 2 Tim 3:12; 13; 14; 15; 16; 17; 2 Pe 2:1; 2; 3; ) The apostle Paul correctly teaches from Scripture and warns against the deceptive beliefs formed from Jewish mysticism and pagan mythology

  • Genesis 2:9; 17; Adam and Eve were warned not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Genesis demonstrates that Satan and the demons had  sinned before the creation of Adam and Eve. That is why there was no visible presence of Satan when Eve was tempted. Satan and the demons have already been cast into Tartaroo  that is a place of spiritual restraint.
  • Ezekiel 28:16; 17; 18; Yahweh caused a spiritual fire to consume Satan’s glorified body so that he could not manifest himself in the physical realm in the same way as Yahweh’s faithful Angels.
  • Jude 1:12; 13; compares wicked mankind to the wandering stars, waterless clouds, and wild waves of the sea that depicts the remaining spiritual presence of demons that exist in Tartaroo.  Satan and the demons are incapable of physically interacting with humans. Satan and the demons spiritually influence mankind through temptation that leaves mankind into rebellion against Yahweh’s eternal laws. When, Messiah Yeshua cast out demons from people, there was no physical description of these unstable spirit beings.   Satan and the demons often deceive mankind by revealing themselves as ghosts or pretend to speak through witches and mediums as representatives of the dead.
  • Strong’s Hebrew #5172 נָחַשׁ “Nachash” a spirit of deception in people that practice divination. observe signs or omens.
  • Job 4:15; 16; 17; 18;19; Satan is a liar and the father of lies and Yahweh justly cast him into Tartaroo and restrained Satan’s dominion of darkness. Satan and the demons promote sexual immorality among mankind, but they are incapable of conceiving children themselves.

You were on the holy mountain of God; You walked in the midst of the stones of fire. 15 “You were blameless in your ways From the day you were created Until unrighteousness was found in you. 16 “By the abundance of your trade You were internally filled with violence, And you sinned; Therefore I have cast you as profane From the mountain of Elohim. And I have destroyed you, O covering cherub, From the midst of the stones of fire. 17 “Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; You corrupted your wisdom by reason of your splendor. I cast you to the ground; I put you before kings, That they may see you. 18 “By the multitude of your iniquities, In the unrighteousness of your trade You profaned your sanctuaries. Therefore I have brought fire from the midst of you; It has consumed you, And I have turned you to ashes on the earth In the eyes of all who see you.
  • Isaiah 14:12-15; (NASB95) — 12 “How you have fallen from heaven, O star of the morning, son of the dawn! • (Eze 28:18; 2 Cor 11:14; 15; ) Lucifer’s glorious heavenly body was consumed when Yahweh cast all the devils of adversity into the darkness and chains of Tartaroo. The former “MorningStar and Son of the Dawn” has now become a shadowy spirit of deception wearing a disguise of an angel of light. Satan and the demons are no longer, “Sons of Elohim.”
  • Jude 1:6; (NASB95) — 6 And angels who did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode, He has kept in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day,
  • 2 Peter 2:4; (NASB95) — 4 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into, “Tartaroo” and committed them to pits of darkness, reserved for judgment;
  • (Mt 8:29; Mk 1:24; Lk 4:34; Rev 20:10; Tartaroo is not hell, Hades, or Shieol the pit. Tartaroo is only a place of spiritual bondage that restrains Satan and the devils until the day of judgment when their destruction will be completed in the lake of fire of Geenna.)
  • (Ge 3:1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; Job 4:12; 13; 14; 15; 16; 17; 18; Eph 2:1; 2; The spiritual air of deception had already entered the peaceful garden of Eden as Satan mysteriously whispers the knowledge of evil to Eve while Adam is standing right beside her. Satan and the demons now exist as ghostly spirits of the “nachash” that are often biblically portrayed as false gods that speak through witches, mediums, or lifeless stone idols.)
  • Righteous Judgement and Merciful Salvation
  • 2 Peter 2:5; and did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a preacher of righteousness, with seven others, when He brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly;
  • (Ge 6:1; 2; 3; 4; Jas 2:19; ) Noah was a preacher of Yahweh’s righteous words of truth. Noah warned the ungodly that a coming flood would destroy the wicked. Noah and his sons are called, “Nephilim the Sons of Elohim” because they received the words of Yahweh and built an ark to save their family. Satan and the demons are ungodly just as the wicked are not, “Sons of Elohim.”
  • (Eph 5:6; 7; 8; 9; Col 1:13; 14; )
  • Majestic Ones vs sons of disobedience
  • Jude 1:4; (NASB95) — 4 For certain persons have crept in unnoticed, those who were long beforehand marked out for this condemnation, ungodly persons who turn the grace of our God into licentiousness and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.

Satan servants disguise themselves as preachers of Christ but are false apostles that promote wickedness. Most of mankind has followed Satan’s rebellious spirit just as Cain did before the time of Noah and the flood.)

The “Majestic Ones” are the true, “Sons of Elohim” that keep Yahweh’s Covenant Laws and abide in His Love forever. Even, Michael the Archangel defended Moses a, “Son of Elohim” in-whom Yahweh had placed His Majestic Spiritual Glory of Holiness. Satan the accuser was not allowed to defile the body of Moses and the Lord rebukes the adversary of his people.)

  • Revelation 12:10–11 (NASB95) — 10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night. 11 “And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death.
